Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mia Tui purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all bags and accessories are returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your Mia Tui products in their original dust bags and shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
